Enquiry data is used for correspondence and quotations under GDPR Article 6(1)(b) for steps before a contract with the enquirer, or Article 6(1)(f) for legitimate business correspondence. Providing data is voluntary; an email and message are needed for a reply. The form does not subscribe you to marketing. Hosting and email providers may process data on our behalf. Correspondence is retained until the matter is resolved and afterwards only where justified by legal obligations or legal claims. You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction and, where applicable, portability or object, and complain to the Polish supervisory authority UODO. We make no automated decisions. The optional Google Map may transfer data outside the EEA under its provider’s terms and is disabled until consent. Change consent in privacy settings. Browser storage remembers the map choice; a session cookie protects the form and admin sign-in, without tracking.
